International Students Film Festival "START" is your project and chance. With this chance You can prove previous generation what you are able to do. I've to mention that the first students film festival in Azerbaijan was realized by "Cinema" Young Cinematographers Centre of the Azerbaijan, and the newspaper "Kino+" in september 6-11, 2004. But now this project is realized under the name of Students Film Festival "START". The organizers of the festival are "Cinema" Young Cinematographers Centre of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Youths and Sport. This project is an advance of the our state over the developing cinematography. The state attitude towards to this festival was founded by "Cinema" Young Cinematographers Centre of Azerbaijan is a little part of the facilities that have been offered to the youth. Besides, we are trying to enlarge spherepfthe festival has been created for you. Joining of the students from different countries to this festival will help the participators on exchanging of views and information.
We hope you prove what you are able to do at the festival will be held on November 24-25-26, 2009 Beyond doubt, this project will play a great role on your shaping as a professional cinema-producer.
