1. "Start" Students Film festival is a festival that foreign and local students participate at.
2. The film can be presented to the festival only by director.
3. The films not depending on the producing date can take part at the festival only one time
4. The film presented to the competition cannot last more than 30 minutes
5. The films can be sent to the competition in DVCAM, Mini DVCAM, DVD format.
6. The films have to be sent in duplicate
7. After the festival a copy of the film stays in an Organizing Committee for archives.
8. Every author can present only two films.
9. The film texts in English have to be presented to the Organizing Committee.
10. Technically weak films aren?t allowed to the festival.
11. The festival includes kinds of feature and documentary films.
12. The films are accepted until October 10, 2008
