START- 5^th International Students Film Festival organizers are going on
appointing the members of Jury, which will evaluate the works of participating
students. The negotiations with foreign specialists, who have successfully
participated in many international festivals, had already been finished. Like in previous years they will be responsible for proper selection and evaluation of "Start" winners.
